Mission trips build our community while helping those in need
Mission trips broaden our Jewish world view. From Israel, to Budapest, to Africa, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton has sent community groups across the Atlantic Ocean to help those in need while also sharing a once-in-a-lifetime experience with those they traveled with. There are hundreds of opportunities, talk to us to find out which one is right for you.
2015 Teen Mega Mission
The PARTNERSHIP2GESHER Mega Teen Mission is your opportunity, as an American teen, to experience teen life in Israel. Joining Israeli teens, we promise you a memorable experience and friendships that will last a lifetime.
The Western Galilee is known as a microcosm of Israeli society; not only because of the diverse culture and people (Jews, Muslims, Christians and Druze) but also for its rich history. In addition to personal growth and exploration, this mission will also help you develop as a leader and as an advocate for Israel. We are very excited to have a workshop with the U.S. based advocacy group, Stand With Us.
The participant provides roundtrip flight costs, health insurance, private local transportation, and any additional private meals or activities. Limited spaces available, application due by September 1, 2015
